This work – in the atrium of the office building, which is also open to the public – is about the income difference between the sexes. In the exposed concrete wall, colored fused glass blocks are set in pairs. There are three different dimensions; however, the ratio of the bars of different lengths remains the same in order to show the ratio, which has remained unchanged for years. This means that women as employees only earn 66 – 69% of the salary of men and this percentage hardly changes.
